Spitting Up
Many babies spit up some of their milk following feeding or during burping. Spitting up is a nuisance. If most of the formula stays down there is nothing to worry about. If the baby is spitting up most of the feeding on more than one to two consecutive feedings, please let us know. If your baby forcibly vomits more than once, or if the spitting up is accompanied by fever, rash, or sustained irritability, please call me. Please consult with me or one of my nurses before changing your baby’s formula.
